Censorship – Should we or should we not?

You are invited to join us for a panel discussion on censorship, October 4 at 2:00 p.m., at Matheson Library on the West Kentucky Community & Technical College campus.

Moderator Berry Craig will lead panelists Tim Perdue, WKCTC History Lecturer; Donna Groves, WKYX/WKYQ News Director; Andrew Halford, WKCTC English Professor; and Marie Liang, McCracken County Public Library Director as they Celebrate the Freedom to Read in commemoration of Banned Books Week.

Admission is free and refreshments will be provided. There will be door prizes and the first 50 attendees get a special prize!

Observed since 1982, the annual Banned Books Week reminds Americans not to take this precious democratic freedom for granted.
