February’s Evening Upstairs – Abraham Lincoln: I, Too, am a Kentuckian

There’s a lot of talk about President Lincoln, lately. With a 200th birthday coming up, everyone’s interested in this “byte” of history. “Mega-bytes” of information are available on this incredible man. Search the web and you’ll find a cornucopia. Inspiration from the man who made America free is not hard to come by, but a personal meeting with him might be. A personal meeting with this inspirational president is within reach. McCracken County Public Library is proud to present an event celebrating the last 200 years of Lincoln’s influence in America. “Abraham Lincoln: I, too, am a Kentuckian,” an, in depth look at Lincoln’s, Kentucky roots, is a program that will be presented on February 26th @ 7:00 pm in the library’s meeting room, with a speaker who’s not afraid to let his “Lincoln” side show. Come participate in this “mega-byte” of history!
