More Kentucky Ghosts
A presentation by
Western Kentucky University Folk Studies Professor Emeritus & Author
Much of Kentucky’s rich historical legacy is preserved in ghost stories,
including those related to the Civil War, ancestors, graveyards, murder
victims, haunted spots on the landscape, haunted houses, and ghostly lights
and screams. Montell’s talk will also discuss the historic value of hearing
and preserving Kentucky’s verbal legacy.
